What is included in a prestige car service?
The work depends on the vehicle and the service items due. It may include oil and filters, scheduled replacement items and inspection of brakes, suspension, tyres and fluids. We confirm the scope for your car; gearbox servicing, diagnostic work and an MOT are discussed separately.
Can I arrange a service and MOT together?
Yes, tell us you need both when enquiring. Send the MOT expiry date and any previous advisories. We arrange the test with an independent tester and discuss preparation or repairs as separate work. Confirm appointment arrangements before travelling.
Do low-mileage and performance cars need a different service plan?
Low mileage does not remove time-based maintenance. Service history, storage, short journeys, modifications and track use all help determine the work required. Send those details so we can discuss the applicable schedule and condition of the car.
Can you update my service record?
Tell us whether your car uses a service book or a digital record. We explain the paperwork and any available digital recording for your model when quoting. Dashboard service reminders are reset for the work completed, where supported.

Courtesy cars are free, subject to availability. Ask when booking and confirm one has been arranged for your appointment.
